LIVE GUEST PORTRAITS
Live guest portraits will wow your guests and are certain to be a highlight of your event! These fun keepsakes and favors are painted on-site and take only a short time to create. This is a great idea for any type of event - weddings, corporate events, charity galas, milestone birthdays, baby showers, and more!
HOW IT WORKS
PRICE & INVESTMENT
I am proud to be part of Lumina Art Collective, run by Alicia Hale. She will work with you on all the details prior to your event. I will arrive to the venue 30-60 minutes prior to set up my station, signage and supplies. The venue will typically provide my 6-8 foot table, a chair, and table linens to match the chosen decor. Once the event begins, any guest wanting a portrait can stop by my table and have a quick reference photo taken. Each portrait takes 8-12 minutes, depending on the number of people included. A second artist may be requested at an additional cost, please inquire for more details.
Please note – there is a maximum of 3 guests per portrait and 1 portrait per guest/group in order to accommodate as many guests as possible. For duplicate portraits for those in the group, they will be available for an additional fee.
My watercolor sketch style is minimal and faceless. I use an archival ink pen, professional watercolor paints, and heavy weight 5x7” watercolor paper. All paintings are protected with a plastic sleeve at completion and placed on the table for guest pickup. Portraits will have the guests’ names written on the back in pencil to eliminate any confusion. As my thank you gift to the couple, I will include a complimentary 8x10” watercolor wedding portrait! This will be mailed at a later date, with any remaining portraits.
Please note - I cannot guarantee every guest will receive a portrait by the end of the evening. However, if you wish to have all your guests painted, I can finish the portraits in my studio for a rate of $200/hour. I will then send them to your address so you can forward to your guests.
Live guest portraits have a flat fee of $2500 (travel fees not included) with a maximum painting time of 6 hours.

TRAVEL
I am based in Los Angeles, just south of LAX, and available for travel. If the venue is over 50 miles round trip, there is a $0.70/mile travel fee. A customized travel quote will be discussed during your call. If you are interested in an out-of-state or destination wedding, the sooner you contact us, the better!
